Peace Tree Mango Lassi and Mango Lassi Popsicle Recipe

Mango Lassi and Mango Lassi popsicles are a sure hit at your Peace Tree Stand!
    Ingredients
  • 1 Carton of milk
  • 1 Can mango pulp
Recipe

Add approximately 2 Tbs of mango pulp to ¾ cup of milk and mix well. That’s it! You just made the Peace Tree version of Mango Lassi. It’s so simple.

Now let’s make it even more fun! Fill an ice tray with the mixture of milk and mango pulp and put it in the freezer. After a few hours or once the mixture has hardened a bit, add mini popsicle sticks to the middle of each cube. The next day, you will be ready to sell your delicious mango lassi popsicles. You’ll have a huge hit on your hands, so make sure to make a lot of popsicles for your Peace Tree Stand and see how many children you can send to school!

Peace Tree Chaat

Peace Tree Chaat is a version of the street snack Chaat Papri from India that is healthy and delicious!

    Ingredients
  • 1 Can of chickpeas
  • 1 Box of pani puris, papris or water crackers
  • ½ Container of yogurt
  • 1 Bottle of tamarind chutney (sauce)
  • 1 Diced potato
Recipe

Take one pani puri and poke a hole in it or a water cracker and add one tsp. of yogurt. Take a ½ tsp of chickpeas and put them in the pani puri or on top of the water cracker. Add a tsp of diced potatoes. The add another ½ tsp. of yogurt. Add a few drops of tamarind chutney and pop it in your mouth! Lots of fun to make and even more fun to eat at your Peace Tree Stand.

Sweet Guacamole Mix

Sweet Guacamole Mix is a tasty snack from Mexico with a touch of Asian culture.

    Ingredients
  • 2 avocadoes
  • ¼ finely chopped onion
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • 1 bag nacho chips
  • Chinese plum sauce
Recipe

Mix the avocado, chopped onion and garlic in a large bowl until it has a creamy, but still chunky consistency. Place a nacho on a plate and add a teaspoon of guacamole on it. Then add a touch of plum sauce. Create a whole plate of guacamole and nachos with a touch of plum sauce. Serve and you’ve created another hit for your Peace Tree Stand.
